Shipping Location


We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with only a small number of destinations excluded due to local import regulations. You can view the full list of eligible shipping locations directly at checkout, or reach out to our customer support team at support@grainelux.com for confirmation.



Order Processing Timeline


All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excluding UK weekends and public holidays) once your payment is successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status. 



Shipping Costs


We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

In most cases, duties and taxes are included. However, in rare situations where additional charges apply, customers will be notified in advance.

  • Major European Markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland): 7-12 business days
  • Australia (key cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth): 3-8 business days
  • Asia:
    • Japan: 3-7 business days
    • South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: 4-8 business days

  • New Zealand: 8-12 business days

  • All delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance processing periods. Remote areas outside major cities may experience extended delivery timelines; please contact our support team for a tailored estimate if your address is in a remote location.
  • Minor delays may occur during peak shopping periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday) or due to unforeseen customs clearance hold-ups. We will notify you immediately if any significant delay impacts your order.



Address Accuracy & Updates


It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

If you spot an error or need to update your address after placing your order, please email us at support@grainelux.com as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers.

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer error, we will assist you in finding a solution wherever possible; however, any additional shipping costs or losses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
