To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping method.

All approved returns should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed for the replacement item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Fee:
- Covered by Grainelux for defective or incorrect items
- Paid by the customer for all other returns
